Kiva provides a warm, safe, traditional, and caring environment for seniors.
We accept private pay, long term care insurance, veterans’ aid and attendance and state diversion program assistance.
Our philosophy is simple. We respect independence but are available for assistance if needed or requested.
Our administrator is available to speak with families seven days a week and visitors are welcome any time.
Kiva’s goal is to ensure each senior maintains a high quality of life. We encourage everyone to engage in social activities and develop friendships with other residents.
Our Friendly Staff
Each staff member is thoroughly screened and undergoes a rigorous training process. Turnover is low, as most of our staff have been with us for a very long time.
